It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Senergy, a rising leader in the Energy Services sector in the MENA region. It also gives me great pride to see how Senergy has evolved over the years. From small steps made at our inception, Senergy is now making major strides to meet the changing demands of our customers. Building upon a long and outstanding service record that the people of Senergy have carefully weaved, my mission is to extend this trajectory into the future as we look forward to a new era of growth.

At Senergy, we think anything is possible. It is this optimism, and a real desire to rediscover ourselves, that helped us in 2020 to reframe our business model allowing us to transition into new landscapes. We developed a concrete action plan that makes us more agile, cost-efficient, and aligns us ever more closely to our customers. Initiatives include restructuring and rebranding the Senergy Companies, and taking advantage of the digitization of the workplace and services.

Chairman

Mr. Meshal A. Al-Enezi

Meshaal has been in his position as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding since 2022 and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Arkan Kuwait Real Estate & Development Company since 2019. He is also a representative of Al-Khair International Company for the sale and purchase of shares.

Since 2019 he has been a General Manager in Logistics Services and from 2016 a CEO in the medical field.

From 2006 until 2016, he was an employee of the government sector in Kuwait and worked as a Medical Laboratory Practitioner in the Ministry of Health - Chest Diseases Hospital from 2008-2017.

Meshaal holds a Master’s degree in Management from Brunel University, London, England and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Genetics from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. He also has a Diploma in Business Administration and a Diploma in Human Resources from Kuwait.

Ms. Lamyaa M. Hayat

Lamyaa has recently become an elected member on the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding (May 2023) and holds the position of Vice-Chairman.

Since January 2022, she has been a Direct Investment Manager for AlSafat Investment Company K.S.C, helping institutions maximize their performance by identifying and recommending sound investment decisions.

From April 2019 until January 2022, she was an Senior Manager for the Alternative Investments Advisory WLL and worked as a Program Manager/Finance Manager at INJAZ Kuwait (JA Worldwide) from April 2014 to January 2016.

From January 2012 to January 2013, she was a Senior Financial Analyst, Macro Fund and from November 2009 to January 2012 a Senior Financial Analyst, Research & Publication Group at Global Investment House. From November 2005 to November 2009, she was an Investment Manager, Private Equity Funds at Global Investment House (Alternative Investment Group) and from August2004 to November 2005 she was a Consultant for KPMG Financial Advisory Services/KPMG Business Advisory Services.

Lamyaa holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Kuwait. She has training in Anti-Money Laundering & Financial Crime Anti-Money Laundering& Financial Crime by ISC, UIC and Tadawul Academy; Management Development Program, Al Ghanim Talent Development Co by Deloitte; and Advanced Topic in Valuation by Venture Alliance Module III International Financial Reporting Standards Diploma, E&Y.

Mr. Ahmed Abou Zaid

Mr. Ahmed has been a member of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding since 2024. He is also a representative of Al-Khair International Company for the sale and purchase of shares.

Currently, Ahmed Abouzeid is a member of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding  and the Chief Executive Officer of Al-Safat Investment Company.

Mr. Ahmed joined Al Safat Investment Co. as CEO in 2015, achieving throughout his career a wide range of financial goals & cultivating practical knowledge & experience in this field and also played the role of the Chairman’s Advisor for Business Development. From 2014 he was the Chief Credit Officer for Corplease Company (Leasing arm of The Commercial International Bank- Egypt).

In 2004 Ahmed joined Al Kharafi Group as the Deputy Director General for Finance & Banking Affairs, where he maintained constant business relationships with more than 40 local, regional and international banks and financial institutions.

He started his career in 1995 in (CIB) Head Office holding various positions for 9 years including Assistant Manager, Corporate Banking Group, Senior Credit Analyst, Corporate Banking Group, Commercial Service Assistant, Corporate Banking Group and the Senior Clerk at Letter of Credit Department.

Mr. Ahmed holds a BSc in Administrative Sciences, specializing in Banking Management, from Sadat Academy.

Mr. Ahmed Abou Zaid possesses over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, working in banking and investment management industries, contracting & general trading regionally and internationally.

Mr. Azzam H. Al-Mutawaa

Azzam has recently become an elected member on the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding (May 2023). and is/has been a member in the board of numerous companies, both within Kuwait and abroad.

Since August 2018 he has been an Executive Vice President Marketing at Kuwait Petroleum International.

From April 2017 to July 2018, he was the Managing Director for Kuwait Petroleum Italia (KUPIT) and from April 2012 – April 2017 he was the Managing Director at Kuwait Petroleum North West Europe (KPNWE). From January2011 – April 2012 he was a Stakeholder Management Manager at Kuwait Petroleum International and the Country Manager for Kuwait Petroleum Espana (KPES) from April 2006 to December 2010.

He was the Deputy Business Development Direct from November 2004– March 2006, the Budget & 5-Year Planning manager from July 2002 – October2004, and the Coordinator Foreign Exchange from June 1999 – July 2002 for Kuwait Petroleum Italia (KUPIT). From September 1996 – June 1999 he was the Credit & Treasury Senior Analyst for Kuwait petroleum Great Britain and a Financial Analyst for Kuwait Petroleum International Bond Street, London from May 1993 – September 1996.

Azzam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Kuwait. He has attended numerous training programs including Management Acceleration Program (Oxford University); Internal Branding and Employee Engagement (Marcus Evans); Introduction to Management Program (Ashridge); Treasury Risk Management (Euromoney Association); and Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Exposure Management (Citibank).

Faisal has recently become an elected member on the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding (May 2023). Since 2018 he has been working as a freelance consultant and a private business.

From 2008 until 2018, he held multiples roles at Equate Petrochemical Co. including Global Business Directory Styrene & Benzene, Business Intelligence Director, and MEGlobal JV Liaison Director. From2004-2008 he was the Regional Commercial Director for MEGlobal Co. (Dubai).

From 1999-2004, he was the Global Business Director (Ethylene Glycol) and from 1996 to 1999 the Regional Manager Europe/Middle East and Africa/India Subcontinental at Equate Petrochemical Co. He was an Investment Officer at Kuwait Finance House HQ from 1992 to 1996 and a Foreign Exchange& Money Market Officer at Kuwait International Bank HQ from 1986 to 1988.

Faisal holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Wales, UK and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Dip B.Z.)from University of Wales, UK. He has attended an extensive range of trainings in Banking, Petrochemicals, Leadership, Coaching, and Emotional Intelligence in Kuwait and overseas.

Mr. Malik M. Marafie

Malik has been a member of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding since 2014. He joined Zain Group in 2012 and is currently the Head of the Executive Team and Vice Chairman and Group CEO’s Office where he is the strategic and financial advisor to the Vice Chairman.

Malik joined the National Bank of Kuwait in 2004 where he started as a Relationship Officer and became the Senior Relationship Manager of the Corporate Banking Group in 2010. Malik holds a BSc in Business, Finance and Financial Institutions from Kuwait University and holds an MBA from London Business School. He completed certifications from Cornell, University of Washington and American University of Beirut.

Mr. Malek Hammoud

Malek has been a member of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding since 2019. In 2017 he joined Zain as the Group Executive Director, focusing on Strategy & Business Development. Currently, he is the Group Chief Investment and Digital Officer.

Malek started his career at the National Bank of Kuwait in 2005 holding various positions from Deputy Manager, Treasury Group to Unit Head of Corporate Banking Group.

Malek holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from the London Business School.

Chartered Financial Analyst with over 15 years experience in Investments, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Analysis and the digital world.

Mr. Faisal Riyadh Al-Saleh
Deputy CEO

Mr. Faisal Riyadh Al-Saleh

In 2019, Faisal joined Gulf International General Trading Co. (GIGT), the Contracting and Engineering arm of Senergy Group of Companies, as the Deputy General Manager. He is currently the Deputy CEO of Senergy Holding Company.

Faisal Al-Saleh has extensive experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry with multiple local and international companies such as Schlumberger Ltd, Exxon, BP, Kuwait Oil Company, Burgan Company for Well Drilling, Kuwait Drilling Company, and Sinopec Services. He has held multiple managerial and field positions throughout his experience. Such positions started in 2004 when he joined Schlumberger Oilfield Services as a Wireline Engineer, where he was Lead Engineer for Qatar Petroleum (QP). Then, he moved to Burgan Drilling Company as Drilling Superintendent in 2008. Afterward, he joined Triple E Holding Company (Sinopec Service Agent in Kuwait) as their Strategic Planning Manager. In 2014, he joined Navi Holding Group as Asst. CEO Operations for Qatar, United States where he established Navi Doha for Water Treatment Services, Asset Integrity Services, and Specialty Chemicals Supply.

Faisal Al-Saleh holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Al-Saleh brings real depth in the area of strategic planning, operations, and business development with a clear vision has helped to develop several organizations’ corporate direction mandates, making tough decisions on allocating its resources to pursue and execute their strategy.

Mr. Belkacem Belhadj
General Manager Business Development (International)

Mr. Belkacem Belhadj

Belkacem is currently General Manager Business Development (International). He joined Senergy as the Vice President of Business Development in 2019 and has also served as the General Manager - OFS.  Belkacem has more than 25 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry working for Schlumberger Limited in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe. From Apr 2016 to August 2019, he led the Sales and Commercial function for the North Africa Geomarket for  Schlumberger.

In his previous roles, he served as the Wireline Marketing and Sales Manager for Europe, Africa and Caspian. He started his career in 1996 with Schlumberger, working primarily offshore Balikpapan in Indonesia handling exploration and deep-water wireline logging operations.

He graduated from the National Polytechnic School of Algiers with a BSc in Electrical Engineering and holds a General MBA from ESAA.

Mr. Khalifah H AlDhafeeri
Deputy General Manager - Oilfield Solutions (Kuwait)

Mr. Khalifah H AlDhafeeri

Khalifa has over 15 years in the O&G industry. He joined Senergy in 2015 and is currently the Deputy General Manager - Oilfield Solutions Kuwait. Previously, he was the Business Development Manager for Senergy Oilfield Solutions where he fostered robust relationships with key stakeholders and subsidiaries to ensure long- term growth. He started his career at Senergy as a Projects Manager where he spearheaded the sales and operational teams to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with solutions that fostered loyalty.

From 2013 to 2015, he was the M.E. Upstream Sales & Marketing Engineers with SGS W.L.L. Kuwait and from 2011 to 2013 a Sales Engineer with SGS W.L.L. Kuwait.

He has experience in prequalification of services for KOC, Saudi Aramco, ADMA and ZADCP and has won multiple contracts from mid to upstream services in addition to promoting new services to maximize client benefits in the latest technologies.

He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Derby, UK.

Mr. Nashat Daghmash

Mr. Nashat Daghmash

Nashat has over 30 years of experience in Finance and Business Administration and has been a Consultant for Senergy since November 2022.

He joined Senergy Holding as the CFO in 2008 and was the Chief Financial Officer of Senergy Holding Company until November 2022. He was also the Secretary of the Board of Directors from 2015.

Nashat joined Balasem General Trading Company in 1991 as the Chief Accountant. Nashat holds a BSc in Business Administration and Management from Damascus University.
