It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Senergy, a rising leader in the Energy Services sector in the MENA region. It also gives me great pride to see how Senergy has evolved over the years. From small steps made at our inception, Senergy is now making major strides to meet the changing demands of our customers. Building upon a long and outstanding service record that the people of Senergy have carefully weaved, my mission is to extend this trajectory into the future as we look forward to a new era of growth.
At Senergy, we think anything is possible. It is this optimism, and a real desire to rediscover ourselves, that helped us in 2020 to reframe our business model allowing us to transition into new landscapes. We developed a concrete action plan that makes us more agile, cost-efficient, and aligns us ever more closely to our customers. Initiatives include restructuring and rebranding the Senergy Companies, and taking advantage of the digitization of the workplace and services.
There is more work to be done and we remain fully committed to strengthening our capabilities and evolving Senergy for the future. We are convinced that our strategy is the right approach to position ourselves to do amazing things.

Board Members

Meshaal A. Al Anzi
Meshaal has recently taken up the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding (2022) and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Arkan Kuwait Real Estate & Development Company since 2019.
Since 2019 he has been a General Manager in Logistics Services and from 2016 a CEO in the medical field.
From 2006 until 2016, he was an employee of the government sector in Kuwait and worked as a Medical Laboratory Practitioner in the Ministry of Health - Chest Diseases Hospital from 2008-2017.
Meshaal holds a Master’s degree in Management from Brunel University, London, England and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Genetics from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. He also has a Diploma in Business Administration and a Diploma in Human Resources from Kuwait.

Mohammad H. Al Salem
Mohammad has been the CEO of Senergy Holding and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2019. Upon joining, he immediately launched the strategic initiative for Senergy Group.
In 2013, Mohammad joined the Kuwait Oil Company as a Senior Planner with the Capital Program Planning Group where he performed technical and economic evaluations of capital project proposals, ensuring the company’s strategic objectives were achieved through sound capital and project management practices.
In 2004, working with one of the largest private equity placement companies in Kuwait, he founded two local oilfield services companies, including Eastern National Oilfield Services (ENOS), which now offers multiple services to several operators in the region.
After graduating from university in 1994, Mohammad joined an IT company in Kuwait. He then started his career in the oil and gas industry with Schlumberger, in 1994, where he gained international experience with assignments including Field Operations and Marketing in the Middle East and North America.
Mohammad holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin

Mai A. Al Zanki
Mai has been a member of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding since 2020. Currently, Mai is a Partner in Revolve Advisory Firm based in Kuwait and London.
In 2015, Mai became the Director of Sales & Business Development for Glass Point Solar. Mai joined Kuwait Energy PLC in 2011 where she was the Senior VP for Strategy and Business Development.
Mai joined KOC in 2002 as a Planning Engineer where she was involved in strategic planning model optimization. In 2005, she joined AVP Oil & Gas where she evaluated investment opportunities with a special focus on MENA.
Mai holds a MSc and BSc in Petroleum Engineering from Kuwait University and completed certifications from Cornell University and Harvard.

Mohammad I. Al Ramadhan
Mohammad has been a member of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding since 2020. Mohammad was the VP of Triple E – Al Imtiaz Holding from 2008 to 2012 and joined Kuwait Resources House as the CEO in 2013 where he established the O&G subsidiary “ACME” by acquisition and set the 5 year strategy.
He joined Agility, a publicly traded global logistics company, in 2006 as the VP Global O&G Sector. While there, he established and invested in the O&G sector, diversifying the Business Portfolio to operate in 55 countries.
He joined KNPC as a Corporate Manager in 1986 where he was in charge of local marketing and refinery maintenance activities and established an HSE management system across KNPC operations.
Mohammad holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Northrop University in California.

Ahmed F. Abou Zaid
Ahmed has been a member of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding since 2019.
Currently, Ahmed Abouzeid is a member of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding since 2019 and the Chief Executive Officer of Al-Safat Investment Company.
Mr. Ahmed joined Al Safat Investment Co. as CEO in 2015, achieving throughout his career a wide range of financial goals & cultivating practical knowledge & experience in this field and also played the role of the Chairman’s Advisor for Business Development. From 2014 he was the Chief Credit Officer for Corplease Company (Leasing arm of The Commercial International Bank- Egypt).
In 2004 Ahmed joined Al Kharafi Group as the Deputy Director General for Finance & Banking Affairs, where he maintained constant business relationships with more than 40 local, regional and international banks and financial institutions.
He started his career in 1995 in (CIB) Head Office holding various positions for 9 years including Assistant Manager, Corporate Banking Group, Senior Credit Analyst, Corporate Banking Group, Commercial Service Assistant, Corporate Banking Group and the Senior Clerk at Letter of Credit Department.
Ahmed holds a BSc in Administrative Sciences, specializing in Banking Management, form Sadat Academy.
Ahmed Abouzeid possesses over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, working in banking and investment management industries, contracting & general trading regionally and internationally.

Malik M. Marafie
Malik has been a member of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding since 2014. He joined Zain Group in 2012 and is currently the Head of the Executive Team and Vice Chairman and Group CEO’s Office where he is the strategic and financial advisor to the Vice Chairman.
Malik joined the National Bank of Kuwait in 2004 where he started as a Relationship Officer and became the Senior Relationship Manager of the Corporate Banking Group in 2010. Malik holds a BSc in Business, Finance and Financial Institutions from Kuwait University and holds an MBA from London Business School. He completed certifications from Cornell, University of Washington and American University of Beirut.

Malek M. Hammoud
Malek has been a member of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding since 2019. In 2017 he joined Zain as the Group Executive Director, focusing on Strategy & Business Development. Currently, he is the Group Chief Investment and Digital Officer.
Malek started his career at the National Bank of Kuwait in 2005 holding various positions from Deputy Manager, Treasury Group to Unit Head of Corporate Banking Group.
Malek holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from the London Business School.
Chartered Financial Analyst with over 15 years experience in Investments, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Analysis and the digital world.

Nashat Daghmash
Nashat has over 30 years of experience in Finance and Business Administration.
He joined Senergy Holding as the CFO in 2008 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Senergy Holding Company and has also been the Secretary of the Board of Directors since 2015.
Nashat joined Balasem General Trading Company in 1991 as the Chief Accountant. Nashat holds a BSc in Business Administration and Management from Damascus University.

Belkacem Belhadj
Belkacem is currently Business Manager - Oilfield Solutions. He joined Senergy as the Vice President of Business Development in 2019. Belkacem has more than 25 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry working for Schlumberger Limited in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe. From Apr 2016 to August 2019, he led the Sales and Commercial function for the North Africa Geomarket for Schlumberger.
In his previous roles, he served as the Wireline Marketing and Sales Manager for Europe, Africa and Caspian. He started his career in 1996 with Schlumberger, working primarily offshore Balikpapan in Indonesia handling exploration and deep-water wireline logging operations.
He graduated from the National Polytechnic School of Algiers with a BSc in Electrical Engineering and holds a General MBA from ESAA.
Faisal Al-Saleh
In 2019, Faisal joined Gulf International General Trading Co. (GIGT), the Contracting and Engineering arm of Senergy Group of Companies, as the Deputy General Manager.
Faisal Al-Saleh has extensive experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry with multiple local and international companies such as Schlumberger Ltd, Exxon, BP, Kuwait Oil Company, Burgan Company for Well Drilling, Kuwait Drilling Company, and Sinopec Services. He has held multiple managerial and field positions throughout his experience. Such positions started in 2004 when he joined Schlumberger Oilfield Services as a Wireline Engineer, where he was Lead Engineer for Qatar Petroleum (QP). Then, he moved to Burgan Drilling Company as Drilling Superintendent in 2008. Afterward, he joined Triple E Holding Company (Sinopec Service Agent in Kuwait) as their Strategic Planning Manager. In 2014, he joined Navi Holding Group as Asst. CEO Operations for Qatar, United States where he established Navi Doha for Water Treatment Services, Asset Integrity Services, and Specialty Chemicals Supply.
Faisal Al-Saleh holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Al-Saleh brings real depth in the area of strategic planning, operations, and business development with a clear vision has helped to develop several organizations’ corporate direction mandates, making tough decisions on allocating its resources to pursue and execute their strategy.

Rula Sammur
Rula joined Senergy Holding in October2021 as Group Human Resources Manager. She immediately crafted and launched an HR Roadmap to implement a Human Resources Strategy derived from the Corporate Strategy and ensure effective business partnerships within the Group. As a Human Resources Executive Professional with more than 20 years of service indifferent industries (Training, Consultancy, Banking and Conglomerate Businesses),her expertise covers all main aspects of HR as a Centre of Excellence.
Previously, Rula was the Head of Organization Development and Talent Management in Ali AbdulWahab Al-Mutawa-AAW, focusing on enhancing the services provided by the HR Department to meet the business direction. One of her greatest achievements was HR digitalization by implementing SAP-SFSF.
Before that, Rula worked as a Senior HR Manager with Alghanim Industries – Engineered Products, playing a key role implementing Strategic HR initiatives. One of her main milestones was to enhance the Employee Engagement level with 12 points covering key strategic initiatives. Rula worked as Executive HR Strategic Business Partner in National Bank of Kuwait – Kuwait, where she was instrumental in positioning HR as a Business Partner, and as a Senior Business Analyst in Business Advisory Solutions for Ernst & Young in Kuwait.
Rula graduated from University of Jordan – Jordan with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science. Rula obtained her MBA-HRfrom Century University (Distance Learning).
Rula is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, a Chartered Member of CIPD (UK), and a Certified Professional Manager. She has obtained an advanced certification as Coach for Leadership from CIPD (UK), Certified Professional Coach from the International Coach Academy (ICA), Associate Certified Coach from International Coach Federation (ICF) and, currently, Rula is pursuing her certification as a Wellness Coach for Leaders.
