It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Senergy, a rising leader in the Energy Services sector in the MENA region. It also gives me great pride to see how Senergy has evolved over the years. From small steps made at our inception, Senergy is now making major strides to meet the changing demands of our customers. Building upon a long and outstanding service record that the people of Senergy have carefully weaved, my mission is to extend this trajectory into the future as we look forward to a new era of growth.
At Senergy, we think anything is possible. It is this optimism, and a real desire to rediscover ourselves, that helped us in 2020 to reframe our business model allowing us to transition into new landscapes. We developed a concrete action plan that makes us more agile, cost-efficient, and aligns us ever more closely to our customers. Initiatives include restructuring and rebranding the Senergy Companies, and taking advantage of the digitization of the workplace and services.

Board Members


Mr. Meshal A. Al-Enezi
Meshaal has been in his position as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding since 2022 and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Arkan Kuwait Real Estate & Development Company since 2019. He is also a representative of Al-Khair International Company for the sale and purchase of shares.
Since 2019 he has been a General Manager in Logistics Services and from 2016 a CEO in the medical field.
From 2006 until 2016, he was an employee of the government sector in Kuwait and worked as a Medical Laboratory Practitioner in the Ministry of Health - Chest Diseases Hospital from 2008-2017.
Meshaal holds a Master’s degree in Management from Brunel University, London, England and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Genetics from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. He also has a Diploma in Business Administration and a Diploma in Human Resources from Kuwait.


Ms. Lamya M. Hayat
Ms. Lamya Hayat has served as Vice Chairman of Senergy Holding Company since 2023, where she provides strategic oversight and contributes to the company’s transformation, governance, and long-term value creation.
She is also an Executive Investment Manager at Gulf Cables & Electrical Industries Group Co. (K.S.C.P.), where she is responsible for executing the Group’s investment strategy across public and private markets.
In 2022, she headed the Direct Investment Department at Al Safat Investment Company K.S.C., where she led the execution of the merger between Al Safat Investment and CapCorp. This transaction enhanced book value, expanded the asset base, and generated a significant bargain purchase gain, strengthening market positioning and stock performance.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Hayat spent eight years at Global Investment House, where she was part of private equity fund management, equity research, particularly within the banking sector and later joined the Macro Fund team. In this capacity, she contributed to one of the region’s first and most notable post-crisis restructuring initiatives.
She began her professional career at KPMG in Financial Advisory, gaining experience in valuation, feasibility studies, and due diligence.
With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Hayat brings deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, investment strategy, governance, and corporate restructuring, with a strong focus on profitability, sustainable growth, and shareholder value creation.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kuwait University.


Mr. Musaed R. Al-Mansour
Musaed was appointed as a member of the Board of Directorsof Senergy Holding Company in April 2026 and is currently being registered as a Market Maker Representative with the relevant regulatory authority.
Since April 2025, he has held the position of Senior Vice President, Listed Investments at Bait Al Awraq Al Maliya, where he oversees investment portfolio management, fund management, and trading operations across local and Gulf markets. From November 2023 to March 2025, he served as Senior Director of Asset Management at Al-Safat Investment Company, managing client portfolios and investment funds in accordance with Islamic Sharia principles.
From May 2017 to October 2023, Musaed was Senior Director of Local Investment Management at CapCorp Investment, where he managed discretionary client portfolios for both institutional and individual investors, conducted financial and technical analysis of listed securities, and served as fund manager for the Cap Corp Local Fund. Prior to this, from January 2012 to February 2017, he was Assistant Vice President of the Regional Markets and Wealth Management Division at The Arab Investment Company, managing client wealth and assets in line with their investment objectives and risk profiles.
From September 2005 to February 2011, Musaed served as Senior Officer for Local and Gulf Asset Management at Gulf International Investment Company, where he managed the Al-Huda Islamic Securities Fund andconducted trading operations across local and Gulf equity markets.
Musaed holds professional experience spanning over two decades in investment management, portfolio management, and capital markets across Kuwait and the GCC.


Mr. Abdulaziz M. Al-Bahar
Abdulaziz was appointed as an independent member of theBoard of Directors of Senergy Holding Company in April 2026. He currently serves as co-founder and co-CEO of Twinkle, a celebrations platform based inRiyadh. He also, through his personal consulting firm, advises companies on achieving growth through direct operational engagement.
From January 2022 to January 2026, he was the co-founder and CEO of Mojo, a regional social commerce platform specializing in beauty and wellness, where he developed a video-commerce technology platform, managed warehousing and delivery operations, secured multiple funding rounds from venture capital and strategic investors, and achieved triple-digit revenue growth annually since inception.
From 2019 to 2025, Abdulaziz served as COO at The Taken Seat, a venture studio for technology companies, overseeing operations for multiple startups simultaneously from founding through launch and expansion, spanning sectors including fashion, digital health, groceries, beauty e-commerce, heavy equipment rental, and edtech. He also led M&A efforts both locally and internationally during this period.
From 2016 to 2019, he was an Operations Project Manager at Apple in Cupertino, California, where he managed multi-functional manufacturing teams to enable production scaling of several flagship products including iPhone 7 Product RED, iPhone XS Max, AirPods Pro, and Vision Pro VR.
Abdulaziz started his career in 2010 in the oil and gas industry as a Sales and Drilling Technology Consultant at Haliburton, working both locally in Kuwait and from HQ in Houston, Texas.
Abdulaziz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, where he was a recipient of the prestigious Dean'sAward, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Product Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).


Mr. Malik M. Marafie
Malik has been a member of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding since 2014. He joined Zain Group in 2012 and is currently the Head of the Executive Team and Vice Chairman and Group CEO’s Office where he is the strategic and financial advisor to the Vice Chairman.
Malik joined the National Bank of Kuwait in 2004 where he started as a Relationship Officer and became the Senior Relationship Manager of the Corporate Banking Group in 2010. Malik holds a BSc in Business, Finance and Financial Institutions from Kuwait University and holds an MBA from London Business School. He completed certifications from Cornell, University of Washington and American University of Beirut.


Mr. Malek Hammoud
Malek has been a member of the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding since 2019. In 2017 he joined Zain as the Group Executive Director, focusing on Strategy & Business Development. Currently, he is the Group Chief Investment and Digital Officer.
Malek started his career at the National Bank of Kuwait in 2005 holding various positions from Deputy Manager, Treasury Group to Unit Head of Corporate Banking Group.
Malek holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from the London Business School.
Chartered Financial Analyst with over 15 years experience in Investments, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Analysis and the digital world.


Mr. Abdullah S. Boftain
Abdullah has recently become an elected member on the Board of Directors for Senergy Holding (June 2025). He is a representative of Al Safat Industries Holding Company K.S.C.C.
Since 2020, he has been a Managing Partner at Kuwait News Media Foundation and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief at the Times Kuwait newspaper.
Abdullah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance & Financial Institutions, from the College of Administrative Sciences at Kuwait University.
Management


Mr. Faisal R. Al-Saleh
In 2019, Faisal joined Gulf International General Trading Co. (GIGT), the Contracting and Engineering arm of Senergy Group of Companies, as the Deputy General Manager. He was subsequently promoted to Vice President – Business Development for Senergy Group in July 2023 and assumed responsibility as Chief Executive Officer of Senergy Holding Company in January 2024.
Faisal Al-Saleh has extensive experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry with multiple local and international companies such as Schlumberger Ltd, Exxon, BP, Kuwait Oil Company, Burgan Company for Well Drilling, Kuwait Drilling Company, and Sinopec Services. He has held multiple managerial and field positions throughout his experience. Such positions started in 2004 when he joined Schlumberger Oilfield Services as a Wireline Engineer, where he was Lead Engineer for Qatar Petroleum (QP). Then, he moved to Burgan Drilling Company as Drilling Superintendent in 2008. Afterward, he joined Triple E Holding Company (Sinopec Service Agent in Kuwait) as their Strategic Planning Manager. In 2014, he joined Navi Holding Group as Asst. CEO Operations for Qatar, United States where he established Navi Doha for Water Treatment Services, Asset Integrity Services, and Specialty Chemicals Supply.
Faisal Al-Saleh holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Al-Saleh brings real depth in the area of strategic planning, operations, and business development with a clear vision has helped to develop several organizations’ corporate direction mandates, making tough decisions on allocating its resources to pursue and execute their strategy.


Mr. Khalifah H. AlDhafeeri
Khalifa has over 15 years in the O&G industry. He joined Senergy in 2015 and is currently the General Manager - Oilfield Solutions Kuwait. Previously, he was the Business Development Manager for Senergy Oilfield Solutions where he fostered robust relationships with key stakeholders and subsidiaries to ensure long- term growth. He started his career at Senergy as a Projects Manager where he spearheaded the sales and operational teams to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with solutions that fostered loyalty.
From 2013 to 2015, he was the M.E. Upstream Sales & Marketing Engineers with SGS W.L.L. Kuwait and from 2011 to 2013 a Sales Engineer with SGS W.L.L. Kuwait.
He has experience in prequalification of services for KOC, Saudi Aramco, ADMA and ZADCP and has won multiple contracts from mid to upstream services in addition to promoting new services to maximize client benefits in the latest technologies.
He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Derby, UK.


Mr. Mustafa A. Al-Sadany
Mr. Mustafa joined Senergy in 2009 as the Finance Manager and has over 24 years' of experience in Finance & Accounting. He has also held the role of the Secretary of the Board of Directors since 2023.
Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting Department from the Minufiya University, Egypt and has completed CMA Part 1 (Financial Planning, Performance and Analytics).


Mr. Nashat Daghmash
Nashat has over 30 years of experience in Finance and Business Administration and has been a Consultant for Senergy since November 2022.
He joined Senergy Holding as the CFO in 2008 and was the Chief Financial Officer of Senergy Holding Company until November 2022. He was also the Secretary of the Board of Directors from 2015.
Nashat joined Balasem General Trading Company in 1991 as the Chief Accountant. Nashat holds a BSc in Business Administration and Management from Damascus University.
